1. Financial Accounting & Analysis

• Assistance and oversight of accounting working in close collaboration with Senior Accountant


• Ensuring successful conduct of statutory audit

• Process adherence,


• Timely documentation and tracker maintenance


• Timely and successful audit

2. Budgeting & Analysis

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and cashflows


• Conducting financial analysis and interpreting data to assess the financial performance of the organization, trend analysis

• Timeliness and accuracy of Budgets

3. Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to communicate financial performance and results to management and other stakeholders.


• Managing various donor and statutory audits, proposals and accounting

• Timely and periodic financial reports

4. Compliance

• Ensure all statutory, donor and organizational compliances are adhered to

• Zero error compliance with regulations


• Maintenance and updation of Compliance Tracker software in a timely and accurate

manner
