Operations Associate – 2019
Location: Pune, India
Summary
You will be joining a tight-knit team, with a new approach to private equity investing. We are a private investment firm working
alongside top financial and operating partners to pursue high-impact investments. Our culture values: innovation, collaboration and
the entrepreneurial drive to make things happen. You will be expected to contribute from day one.
Candidate Profile
ï‚· Masters or Bachelors degree, preferably with 6 months+ work experience in research, news or database management.
ï‚· Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with a global team.
ï‚· Fluency in written and spoken English.
ï‚· Required Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, typing speed 40+ WPM.
ï‚· Candidate must be independent, have a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrate ownership of their work.
Responsibilities
ï‚· Support the India and US team by conducting research, analysing data and creating client ready deliverables.
ï‚· Monitor and analyze news across a range of industries to support internal teams, (Sales, Deal sourcing etc) and create leads
for potential opportunities.
ï‚· Increase operational efficiencies by crafting and analysing reports using internal data.
ï‚· Upload advisor and deal related information into our database.
ï‚· Support and contribute towards team-wide operations.
