Role: Assistant Manager- Customer Success

Job Description: You are required to carry out the following activities:

• Managing inbound Customer conversion on our Technology Portal.
• Customer Service
• Working on CRM Tool
• Negotiation & Deal Closure
• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle, from customer on-boarding
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service to customers
• Follow Standard Operating Processes
• Candidates with Proficiency in English, Hindi and any other regional language will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience of sales & customer relations are recommended.
• Ability to be proactive with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment.

Who will be preferred:

• Experience with Technology/ Relocation/ Startups would be useful.
• Great written & verbal communication skills.
• High detail orientation.

HappyLocate has been operational for 3 years and is in its advance revenue growth stage. The person will be a core team member in the company, passionate and should be aligned to the vision of the Company with long-term growth.

We are looking for outstanding candidates for the Customer Success team who can manage end to end employee relocation of B2B & B2C customers. This role will be on a full-time basis, based out of HappyLocate, K. Narayanpura, Bangalore, and has the potential to evolve quickly into a Manager role based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.

Compensation:

• We will initiate with compensation of INR 2,40,000 per annum (Fixed 1.8 LPA+ 60 K Variable) per annum payable monthly.
• Post probation of 6 months, your compensation will be revised to INR 375000 per annum which will include a variable of INR 75000 per annum payable monthly. You may grow faster under Fast Growth Plan (FGP)
