We are looking to hire performance driven MBA Finance students (who can join us immediately) or Graduates from your Institution to work in our Core Financial Services Projects which range from Loan Boarding through to Funding QA.

A high-achieving Financial Analyst who has spent 2 years with XL Dynamics earns between â‚¹ 14 Lakhs to â‚¹ 16 Lakhs p.a. These amounts do not include “Overproduction Incentives” which are paid over and above the income.

As a starting compensation, we offer the following Compensation Range to your students:

Salary Range between â‚¹ 3, 00, 000 to â‚¹ 8 ,00, 000/-

Position: Financial Analyst

Job Shift: Day (Female) & Night (Male)

Experience: 0-8 Years

Education: Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate (M.Com, M.A, M.Sc)

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Days of Walk-in: June 29th, 2019

Time for Walk-in: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Venue 1: Ramaiah Institute of Management, Gate number 8, General Sciences Building, â€˜C’ Block, MSRIT Post, M.S.Ramaiah Nagar, Bengaluru – 560054.  

Venue 2: IBMR International Business School (IBMR IBS), No 1, 2nd Cross, K R Garden, Opp: NDDB/ Near Passport Office, 80 Ft Road, Koramangala, Bengaluru - 560095.

You students or alumni can walk in at any of the above mentioned venues.

 

Job Description:

• Configure financial data and documents in the ERP system.

• Maintain database by entering, verifying and backing up data and documents in the ERP system.

• Perform verifications as per the process to determine authenticity of data.

• Generate final agreements for execution.

• Be a Team Player and contribute to the Organization’s goals through exceptional personal performance.

Skills Needed:

• Effective English verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

• Sense of urgency with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

• Strong customer service focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of our clients.

• Commitment to deliver quality results and overcome obstacles in minimum stipulated time.

• Must be self–managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.

Note:

• Night shift employees will be eligible for ₹ 1,00,000/- p.a Night Shift Allowance over and above the offered CTC.

• Graduates (Fresher) with highest qualification as B.Com/B.B.A/B.A.F/B.M.S/B.Sc/B.A can apply.

• CA (Chartered Accountants)/CS/CFA/ICWA are not eligible.

• BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech Freshers are not eligible.

• Candidates with the existing backlogs/ATKT (Results Pending) will not be entertained.

• We require candidates to join in immediately, hence candidates with a notice period of more than 60 days are requested to apply only if they can join us within 60 days.

• We welcome candidates based out of Mumbai. Initial relocation support in the form of travel and accommodation reimbursement will be provided to candidates who have been offered employment, as per the company policy.

• We do not have rotational shifts.

• Prior mortgage related knowledge is not required.

• The complete recruitment process may take the entire day; hence candidates are requested to plan their schedule accordingly.

• Candidates who have appeared for our selection process within the last 3 months would need to complete at least 3 months since their interview date before re-applying.
