The  Role:

• Recruitment: This is a key responsibility; getting the right people, is a critical  requirement for FLIPs business growth. You will understand the needs and manage innovative sourcing strategies, to ensure success.
• Onboarding  & Training: Manage the onboarding process and training of new joinees, to ensure that they settle in their roles asap and start delivering.
• Employee  Motivation & Engagement: Ensure high employee motivation and engagement levels.

Youll enjoy responsibility and freedom; and be a critical contributor to FLIPs growth.

 

Who  you are:

• An MBA, with 0-2 years of relevant experience; if experienced, it needs to be in  recruitment.
• Bright, innovative, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 60% in 10^th, 12^th, Graduation and MBA.
• Interested in working for a start-up; get your hands dirty, slog, take initiative and responsibility.
• Ready to relocate to Mysore.
