Since our launch over 4 years ago, we have seen huge growth. We advise on more than Rs 21,000 Cr in investments and have a diverse set of users from over 900 cities. We are continuously adding more financial products such as Stocks, Digital Gold, FDs, US Stocks on Kuvera. 

Who are we looking for – 

We are looking for dynamic, resourceful candidates to join our Customer Excellence team based out of our office in Mumbai, India. You will work closely with the Operations team. The role requires regular interaction with investors on Kuvera.in 

What you’ll do day to day – 

• Sending e-mail/chat-based responses to investor queries

• Internally assigning investor queries to the best-suited team and/or individual

• Contributing to articles published on kuvera.in/blog

• Assimilating and analysing communications with investors to deduce scope of improvement in the overall functioning of Kuvera

• Talking to investors as and when need be 

• Interacting with the AMC back-offices as and when required

• Assuring that all investor communications are attended to in set TAT

• Regularly discuss investor queries/suggestions with the Tech team to achieve seamless resolution/implementation

• Working on initiatives related to Investor excellence, Business development, Investor education, Operational optimization 

What does the ideal candidate sound like – 

• 1-2 years of experience in the Mutual Fund/Wealth Management space. 

• Excellent drafting skills and ability to communicate complex concepts and analysis in plain English language

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, most importantly, mutual funds

• Verbal proficiency in English + Hindi. Written proficiency in English.  

• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel

• Good team skills and ability to work independently within a team environment

• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Being CFP or SEBI registered Investment advisor will be an added advantage.
