Role: Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for Sales, vis-a-vis: pitching Greenroom- Influencer marketing agency and the analytics
platform to brands and agencies for influencer and content marketing campaigns and social media
activations
● Network with and build relationships with clients and agencies
● Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
● Conceptualise innovative influencer marketing ideas to expand scope
● Have a thorough understand of the influencer, digital marketing space conversations on social media
● Prepare reports on campaigns
● Learn and develop best practices for influencer marketing
● Build processes and templates to ensure high-quality campaigns
● Attend client meetings and respond to client queries as and when required
● Stay up to date with market, industry and domain developments
● Contribute to the organization's knowledge repository
● Work in line with the organizational value set
● Mentor interns
Required Skills:
● Impeccable verbal and written English
● Thorough understanding of how social media works
● Familiarity with multiple digital platforms
● Understanding and experience executing influencer campaigns
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability to work with tight deadlines
● Ability to work under minimal supervision
● Ability to exceed target deliverables
Required Experience:
● Between five to seven years of relevant experience
Required Education:
● Degree in Digital Marketing, English or Mass Media preferred
