Purpose - Why does this role exist?
This role is critical as it builds and balances relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, for
Brand communication & engagement.
• Steer and Manage JSW Internal Engagement Platforms and Programs (Intranet, Internal Comms, s and
Employee Facing Campaigns)
• Identify and execute appropriate platforms (online and offline) which JSW could associate for its
Corporate brand building objectives: Internal & External (Sponsorships, Corporate Tie-ups & events etc)
• Content Design and Delivery across various platforms including internal and external (website, intranet
etc) and work with JSW verticals / Sports / Foundation / HR to ensure that internal communication
platforms are optimized
• Support the JSW verticals as required for their Marketing communication needs, including the core
business verticals and Sports / Foundation

Positions peer with : Internal & External Campaign Management / Digital Communication

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
1. Developing and Delivering engagement platforms as per the Brand Plan
2. Developing and Delivering Internal Communication Plans and Programs through various touch
points
3. Regular measure of efficiency and trends to update the organisation on the overall brand strategy
and tactics in brand saliency
Critical Tasks
KRA’s and Key Activities :
Engagement Platforms
1. Develop and Deliver Group presence in events, sponsorships other platforms, using a judicious mix of
content, design and event management skills to ensure objectives are fulfilled.
2. Post event / engagement analysis of JSW’s presence and learnings on how to improve our presence
3. Design and implement campaigns and sponsorships with various business verticals (internally and
externally)
Internal Communications
4. Development and deployment of internal communication campaigns for respective businesses
/ specific topics in alignment with organizational goals.

5. Designing and Delivering all internal communication for employee engagement including ,
intranet, newsletters, collaterals, communication meets, open houses and other employee
events.
6. Work on delivering n senior executive communications - memos, speeches, presentations,
Q&A's
7. Design and implement campaigns and sponsorships with various business verticals (internally
and externally)
8. Manage the corporate identity and its use across the JSW ecosystem
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
All decisions required to smoothly execute the platforms / communications as per objectives
Educational Background and Work Experience
ï‚· Mass Communication (BVB) and or Master in Business Management , Between 10-12 years of Work
Experience from a Tier 1 institute
Competencies
Leadership Skills, Confidence, Good People Skills & Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management
Working relationships – Stakeholders
Internal : Group and Corporate HR , Business Heads.
Marketing & Communication Peers from various
verticals , Plant Heads & Teams, Department Heads
and Teams as required.
External : Communication / Event management and
other agencies as required
