Accounts  Receivable Accountant/Specialist

Accounts Receivable accountant / specialist performs the daily task of posting the payments in to the system against the correct customers.

AR Specialist (0 to 2 years) - Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing invoices, invoice data entry, preparing daily status reports, as well as other projects and day to day tasks as needed.

AR Accountant (3 to 5 years ) - Finance/Accounting background (education and/or work experience) Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.  Prefer experience with account reconciliation and cash posting.

ï‚·  Billing.

ï‚·  Cash Application.

ï‚·  Tracking aging of receivables.

ï‚·  Assist in month end closing.

ï‚·  Should be able to handle AR queries independently.

ï‚·  Reporting and Analysis.

ï‚·  Reconciliation of the Account Receivables

ï‚·  Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Education  and Experience:

• BCOM/MCOM or MBA – Finance
• 0-3 years /3- 5 years of experience in AR
• Freshers who are 2019 graduates can also apply

Computer  Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, and Outlook, MS-Office.

Shift Timing: US Shift (6pm - 3am)

Transportation, food and night shift allowance provided.
