  Role Overview:


We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the context of B2B sales, retail expansion, key account management, real estate, internet ecommerce and education. Growth Managers at Zolo create the expansion strategy, onboard customers, fulfill demand, handle negotiations and ensure continuous business development.   About the Role / Responsibilities:


The role of the Growth Manager would encompass the following:

  • Understand Zolo's business model and be able to articulate the same during meetings with potential clients, businesses, vendors and partners

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification

  • Reaching out to new corporate customers, partners and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.

  • Creating, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs

  • Collaborate with internal and client facing teams

  • Deliver growth targets across geographies, customer segments, and products.

  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities and products for Zolo. Coordinate with the Product Team to build and launch new products in the market.

  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts.

  • Guide, mentor and train the new team members and help them in achieving their targets



  Skills:

  • Sharp, analytical and thoughtful

  • Good negotiating skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills

  • Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions

  • Active listening skills

  • Understanding of market and product

  • Ability to build a rapport with new acquaintances


  Desired Experience / Background:


  • Prior Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Account Management

  • Educational Background: MBA with 1-3 years work experience

  • Languages: English is mandatory and fluency in local language is a plus

  • Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Gurugram/Mumbai

  • Compensation: As per Market Standards
