Role: Senior Manager (B2B) We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales in the context of B2B sales, retail expansion, key account management, real estate, internet ecommerce and education. Growth Managers at Zolo create the expansion strategy, manage supply, onboard customers, fulfill demand, handle negotiations and ensure continuous business development. Senior Managers at Zolo are independent business drivers, working directly with the Business Leaders in the organization. Read more about us here - https://yourstory.com/2019/01/zolostays-raises-funding-30-m The role of the Senior Manager would encompass the following: Achieving Supply and Demand Metrics - Create a roadmap and ensure that the monthly, quarterly, annual supply and demand targets of the clusters are achieved for his/her team. Problem Solving – Understand the product market fit/clients in the respective geographies and innovate to provide customized solutions to B2B customers. Business development- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. Reaching out to new corporate customers, partners and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services. Processes Design & Restructuring - Setting up the right processes and ensuring their execution to achieve the targets, driving key growth projects and initiatives working with the Product & tech team to build product features thereby achieving business growth. Team Building & Management: Developing the reporting team which can run on-ground execution, expanding the current team, setting the performance metrics and driving efficiency Analysis and Reporting: As an extension of process setting, a lot of focus would be expected on data recording, maintenance and analysis as most of the decisions would be data backed. Meeting sales targets for growth in a fast-paced business Building and maintaining relationships with key clients/accounts Process adherence and timely reporting Sharp, analytical and thoughtful Good negotiating skills Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions Active listening skills Understanding of market and product Ability to build a rapport with new acquaintances Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Account management Industry: FMCG / Financial Products / Commercial Real Estate / Insurance / Start Ups Desired Skills – Great Negotiation Skills, Organized, Analytical, Calm Composed, Innovative, Go Getter, Communication and presentation skills, Active listener Educational Background: Tier I/II MBA/Engineering institutes would be given strong preference.
