SpotDraft is the fastest growing, end-to-end contract-automation platform for new-age companies. On average, SpotDraft saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 25% faster.

We’re currently actively expanding our footprint in India, USA, Canada, UK & Singapore. SpotDraft is used by big brands such as HDFC and Fidelity, as well as fast-growing global startups like PhonePe, UnAcademy, Cred, Whatfix, Chargebee, MPL, and many more. 

SpotDraft is backed by a marquee set of investors such as Binny Bansal (Founder: Flipkart), Girish Mathrubootham (Founder: Freshworks), and Lee Fixel (Ex-MD: Tiger Global).  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Owning the Talent Acquisition process for multiple roles simultaneously
• Sourcing on LinkedIn & other job portals
• Cold reach out to candidates
• Manage inbound applicant pipeline
• Coordinate with talent agencies
• First level screening
• Stakeholder management
• Interview coordination
• Pre-joining candidate engagement
• Campus hiring
• Employee Engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced startup.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Team-first mentality, diplomacy, & growth mindset are a must.
