Prerequisites

ï‚· BBM/BBA Degree with specialization in HR Responsibilities 

ï‚· Operationally manage implementation of Mindtree’s people policies and procedures 

ï‚· Co-ordinate events and work with cross functional team/s 

ï‚· Responsible for owning and managing data – attrition, performance management etc 

ï‚· Engage in day-to-day operational activities related to People Function viz 1:1 connects, tracker updation PLES, conducting townhalls 

ï‚· Be the source of bottom up communication 

ï‚· Responsible for overall engagement and fun activities for the business group
