Job profile: Associate – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for brilliant and resourceful candidates as associate for our Hyderabad based Talent Acquisition team.  If hired, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our recruiting operations.  Additionally you will gain good exposure  to creating, refining, and executing strategies to identify and attract world-class talent for various Finance, and Technical teams.  The Talent Acquisition team also works closely with the D. E. Shaw group in New York on various strategic and business development initiatives.
 
Compensation Offered:
 
2016 Graduate: 13.3 – 13.8 lacs
2015 Graduate: Candidates having relevant experience will be offered competitive compensation
 
Location: Hyderabad
