Jocata Financial Advisory and Technology is an innovative products and services firm specializing in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) compliance for financial services industry clients. The company was founded by professionals from the Big Four firms with a goal to offer clients a complete solution, both in terms of a technology platform and in-depth subject matter expertise. Our aim is to help financial institutions in minimizing financial risks, operational risks and to protect their organizations from financial crimes, money laundering and other illegal financial transactions.

We are planning to shift the location of our office from Banjara Hills Road No.3 to Road No.12. We are looking for a hardworking individual with good English communication skills to handle our HR activities.

Role: HR – Executive (Males Only)

 Core skills / responsibilities:

HR Generalist

End to End recruitment from sourcing till the selection of the candidates.

Maintaining candidate Data base & MIS

Very good English communication skills.

Familiar with IT hiring and HR Automation.

Basic qualification:

• Education qualification(s): a full-time Post-Graduation/Diploma in HR.
• Years of experience:  at least 1year experience in HR

Should have good English communication skills and good fluency in English language in both verbal and written form. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power-point.

More details:

Office timings:  8.00 AM - 5.30 PM -    five days a week from Monday to Friday (*to work on Saturday, if required).

Vacancy is for only Male candidates.

Willing to take responsibility and take charge when required.

Ability to handle people and reporting employees.

Service agreement:  1 year for laterals and 2 years for freshers.
