Digital Marketing Strategist, BOSTON LIVING - Job Description
Location: HYDERABAD

About the role:
We are looking for a highly aggressive and result driven Digital Marketing Strategist who can
help us build an unprecedented digital footprint in order to rapidly achieve customer acquisition
and re-engagement goals. Our ideal candidate has 3 - 4 years of relevant experience,
specialises in PPC Campaigns and has the ability to strategize, execute and improvise on
campaigns to achieve the desired results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
â— Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies which are focussed on our industry of
co-living spaces.
â— Plan and outline cross channel digital marketing and remarketing campaigns, aligned to
expected performance and returns.
â— Work on digital marketing platforms to execute campaign in the most efficient manner.
â— Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices to
consistently improve ROIs.
â— Handle Paid promotions, Google Adwords & Facebook adverts optimizing them for
maximum ROI.
â— Manage the Social Media, SEO and Content strategy of the business.
â— Set up campaigns and build community through social media channels such as
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora and Instagram etc.
â— Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders,
on a regular basis.
â— Optimize the budget for paid marketing based on our property listings and vacancy in
those buildings.
â— Generate quality leads for our properties and optimize lead capturing funnel.
â— Sync up with design team and manage mailers - promotion, awareness, offers, etc.
Experience and Skills:
â— University degree, preferably an MBA in the field of marketing
â— Prior experience (3-4 years) in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
and Google Analytics
â— Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC marketing
database, email, SMM, Influencer marketing and display advertising
â— Possesses digital marketing skills (email, social, paid media, search) and understanding
of an end-to-end marketing process
â— Knowledge of any marketing automation tool like Marketo or Eloqua and CRM like SFDC
would be additional advantage
â— Knowledge of real-time personalization and customer data platform (CDP) would be
additional advantage
â— Familiar with HTML/CSS/Javascript
â— Excellent communication skills
â— Ability to think innovatively and creatively along with technical expertise
â— Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets
â— High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus and program management
skills
Compensation: A competitive package based on experience.
