Location: Gurgaon
Functional Area: Psychometric & Research
Education Qualification: Post Graduate/ PhD in Psychology
Experience: 1-3 years exp. in the field of psychological research and psychometrics
Key Responsibilities / Background:
• Extensive primary and secondary research for designing of psychometric tools
• Primary designing and standardization of the psychometric tools
• Documentation of the desired aspects of the assessments
• Full ownership of small to medium sized client accounts- from understanding their requirements
to delivering the end product if desired
• Competency mapping
• Managing the desired technical behavior of the platform pertaining to psychometric assessments
• Reporting of the assessments- documentation as desired

Qualifications:
• Post Graduate/ Doctorate or equivalent degree in Psychology
• Hand-on with data analysis and use of tools like MS Excel and SPSS.
• Passion for psychological research and ability to use the learnings in new projects.
• Ability to take initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
• Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
