Job Description
 Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Fresher’s can apply)
 Position: 04-Trainee/Executive
 Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore.
 Education: Any UG/PG-BA/BBA/MBA/Diploma/B.Sc
 Industry Type: Printing & Packaging/ Paper
 Role: Sales/Business Development/Coordinator.
 Functional Area: Sales, Business Development
 Sex: Male candidates
 Salary: Best in the industry
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be any Graduate with good score.
2. Should be fluent in English (both oral & written communication, value
added if they multiple languages like Kannada & other languages)
3. Should have good Computer knowledge (especially in Excel).
4. Well versed in office procedure.
5. Value added if they have experience in printing industry background.
6. Should have own bike with valid Driving license.
7. Should have sales attitude & convincing skills.
8. Should ready to travel throughout Bangalore
Responsibilities:
1. Retain and increase business from existing customers based on targets.
2. Get new business from new customers
3. Collect payment as per the agreed terms
4. Reporting Formats
Reporting Formats:
1. Monthly calendar to be updated.
2. Weekly calendar to be altered with consent of CEO.
3. Update daily action plan sheet HP & LP after visiting each customer.
4. Morning brief update on customer visit on Whatsup group.
5. After each visit, update in brief on discussion on whatsup group.
6. FG-responsible for ready goods.
Measurement Metrics:
1. Reduction in number of calls to top management from customers for the
purpose of elevating.
2. No of feedbacks per month on the competition
3. No of occasions on which clarifications were sought by customer
support team for releasing NPR. (First time right of the spec sheet –
meaning the NPR is released without any need to consult the
customer on some specification etc).
4. No of orders projected and the accuracy of projections.
5. No of times socialized with customers in a month / quarter.
6. No of new customers identified / converted in a month / quarter
7. Increase in quotation to order conversion ratio
8. No of referrals obtained from existing customers per quarter
9. Creditors turn ratio
