Who are we looking for?

Behavioral Scientist/ Educational Psychologist/ Behavioral Change Specialist

Who will you report to?

Seema Chowdhry, Director, Curriculum

What will you be doing?

As a part of the Curriculum team, you'll be involved in shaping the course content on our platform. Working at the intersection of learning and behavioral change through habit formation, you’ll be required to:

1. Use evidence-based approaches in writing course content that is engaging and facilitates lifelong learning.  
2. Provide strategies to support the implementation of existing behavioral change frameworks in the course content.
3. Design in-house frameworks for behavioral change in collaboration with the learning outcome team. 
4. Stay up to date with recent research in the fields of behavioral change, material relevant to the Habits (and the 25 skills)  and educational psychology. 
5. Research, curate and advise research findings from the field and convert them into actionable insights for the team.
6. Write and publish white papers and research articles detailing Harappa’s approach to behavioral change.
7. Work in collaboration with the Learning Impact team to assist in quality assurance of assessments from a behavioral change perspective. 

About you

• UG or PG in Psychology/Behavioral Science/Applied Social Sciences
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in related industries 
• Exemplary writing, research and project management skills
