Associate – NGO and Channel Partnerships
About The/Nudge Foundation The/Nudge Foundation focuses on sustainable poverty alleviation by
building a strong 360-degree life, learning and economic foundation for underprivileged youth, through
residential programs - Gurukuls - along with a lifelong support system. Our goal is to pull 1 million
people sustainably out of poverty.

As an Associate in the Community Mobilization team you would be working with NGO’s, colleges,
shelter homes, local govt bodies and influential citizens to build a robust framework of admitting
students to the Gurukul. The role requires a lot of creativity, model design (paid vs free partnerships),
relationship building and you would contribute to the 1Million number in terms of your day to day work.
This would be a number driven role which will have clearly defined OKR’s for the quarter and you would
be the first member to be hired in this team. The team at Delhi would scale rapidly and therefore a
founder mentality and ability to lead others is crucial for this role.
Reporting: You would be directly reporting to Head of Admissions for this role up untill the time the
team in Delhi is large enough to have a local leadership team there.
Location: Delhi + a radius of 300 KM
Travel: This would be primarily a travel heavy job. You are expected to spend enough time with the
partners, understand and build new relationships.

Must have in you:
â— A strong desire to work in the development sector and impact youth in terms of employment
â— Strong networking and relationship building skills
â— Ability to negotiate contracts and manage invoicing, payment and issue resolution with partners
â— A keen knack in following the social sector and move faster with the trends
â— Good understanding of social media and marketing channels to promote partners and T/NF
â— Attitude to try new things, fail, learn and re-learn

Apply if you are...
• A professional with 3+ years of experience plus have a high energy to develop relationships
• Tier 1 Education or experience in the sector
• Have a knack to understand numbers, reports and can build analytics
• Enjoy working under pressure and stretched environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Goal oriented, self-motivated; able to work independently but within a team environment
• Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload,
understand the business process and work in a team environment
• Ensure administrative and reporting working smoothly
• Worked with remote/ central teams and have a strong desire to build your own team
• Comfort with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word (and related GSuite tools)
• Relationship management skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Goal orientation and strategy (evaluating choices and risks from a set of alternatives based on evidence
and intuition) design and implementation skills
