Villgro is India’s oldest and one of the world’s largest social enterprise incubators. We support innovative enterprises that solve critical issues faced by the poor. We fund, mentor, provide networks and resources to innovative social enterprises in sectors such as education, health,agriculture, energy, among others in India.Since our inception in 2001, we have incubated over 125 social enterprises with seed funding of INR8 Crore, many of which have gone to generate around 4,000 jobs, secure INR 1270 Crore in follow-on funding, and impact over 15 million underprivileged lives.We foster an open culture where each member can express their views and opinions based on merits and objectivity. Functions/Responsibilities

If your mission in lives is to touch at the bottom of the pyramid, then this could be your calling! You will be responsible for understanding, documenting and analyzing needs of the social enterprises being incubated by Villgro and measuring the impact.

● Mentorship & Technical Assistance Programme:○ Understanding, documenting and analysing needs of the social enterprises beingincubated by Villgro○ Matching of incubatee needs with Villgro’s mentor pool and/or service provider pool○ Evaluating mentor and service provider performance and documenting value add asa result of the relationship○ Handle invoicing of mentors and service providers○ Robust tracking of all mentor and service provider engagements

● Monitoring & Evaluation:○ Incubatee database updating and maintenance○ Development of qualitative and visual case studies○ Managing and maximizing output from Interns○ Identification of data which can help with brand building / fundraising○ Working with Communications team to ensure regular and high-quality data is usedtowards branding○ Tracking information that is presented on website and ensuring it is up to date○ Working with fundraising team to provide relevant case studies and/or data

Skills required

● Bachelor degree is a must

● Someone with 0-2 years of experience

● Strong written and oral communication skills

● Good knowledge of Excel and Word

● Database management and strong attention to detail
