Regional Head Customer Service

Job Description: 

1. You will be responsible for the revenue targets of south india region (TN,KA,KL,AP,TL)

2. To take responsibility for being the first point of contact for Client and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times.

3. Mange a team of managers, executive and supervisors and ensure service level agreements are met 

4. To be able to work independently in a new geography without supervision. 

5. To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to the delivery of the Customer Service’s performance standards and the business objectives. 

Qualification:

1. MBA in any discipline 

2. 3-5 Yrs experience in operations and leading team 

Skills / Knowledge / Other requirements:

1. Manage 30+ Team 

2. Willingness to work flexibly 

3. Good interpersonal relations & communication skills 

4. The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner

Location: Chennai

CTC: 6 to 10 L per annum
