Functions / Responsibilities
We at CLUBBERS are looking for an enthusiastic Android developer to join our Development department and assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our web and mobile application efforts. As an Android developer, you will collaborate with our marketing and development team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our web and mobile application presence. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things application and technology related. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding Android development, coding and testing. 

ROLES : 

- Development of mobile Android based apps 

- Deal with client's data, feeds and designs 

- Co-operation with other development team members in the production of a finished product 

- Ability to work on project without detailed instructions; taking the initiative with this job is important. 

- On-going maintenance of existing projects. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 

- Work with outside data sources and API- s 

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. 

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. 

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency. 

REQUIREMENTS : 

- 2 years of experience in Android app development 

- Minimum 2 apps on play store (the more the better) with links 

- Have extensively used fragments 

- Experienced in working with Volley and Retrofit 

- Worked on Social media log in (FB and Twitter) 

- Worked on Analytics, Payment Gateways and SMS Gateways 

- Have consumed API's from third party providers 

- Familiar console, play store for publishing app 

- Experienced in implementing custom UI 

- Good communication skills 

- Able to work independently 

- Image caching, processing and management- 

- Have worked on Camera app
