Functions / Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sources, coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
2. Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our schedules as needed
3. Mapping Companies based on specific skill sets. Shortlisting, validating and assessing candidates for various team requirements.
4. Involve in interaction and preliminary discussion with the candidates who got shortlisted.
5. Handling operational activities which includes joining formalities, induction, documents verification and background check.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
