 Key responsibilities of each role:

Business Analyst:

1. Assisting with the business case
   Planning and monitoring
   Eliciting requirements
   Requirements organization
   Translating and simplifying requirements
   Requirements management and communication
   Requirements analysis
   Weekly submission of reports for the work assigned in line department

Senior Business Analyst:

Responsible for developing technical solutions to basic government service related problems and supporting to resolve obstacles to the advancement of GPR efforts in a line department assigned by Authority, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements.
Primarily managing requirements at the problem level.

Solution Architects:

Plays a key role in structuring the line department service in terms of its governance structure, existing government processes, and strategic information. Aligns strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding government services, department, capabilities, and IT initiatives. The primary focus is the department's motivations, the department's operations and the department's analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the government together. The Solution Architect works to develop an integrated view of the department using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. Solution Architect will be responsible for the following role and responsibilities: -
ï‚· Defining Government Process Catalogue
ï‚· Reviewing Government Process Model
ï‚· Validating Conceptual Data Model
ï‚· Government Process Optimization
ï‚· Creating solution for the Government case
ï‚· Planning and monitoring at program level
ï‚· Eliciting requirements at program level
ï‚· Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
ï‚· Translating and simplifying requirements
ï‚· Requirements analysis, management and communication
ï‚· Weekly submission of reports for the work assigned in line department

UX Designer:

Will be responsible for developing ideal UI for the delivery of the service to various
stakeholders, Additional responsibilities will be as follows:
ï‚· Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user
experiences
 Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching,
prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products
ï‚· Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimised
for a wide range of devices and interfaces
ï‚· Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
ï‚· Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new,
functions and features.
ï‚· Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
ï‚· Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
ï‚· Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

Data Architects:

ï‚· Plays a key role in structuring the line department service in terms of its governance
structure, existing government process, and strategic information from Data flow point
of view.
ï‚· Aligns strategic goals and objectives with database design decisions regarding
government services, department, capabilities, and IT initiatives.
ï‚· Owns overall Data architecture across all domains, prepares and communicates
changes from the business standpoint
ï‚· Definition of Roadmap, Strategy and Architecture Blueprint for Data Domain
(BI/EDW/Big Data)
ï‚· Owns the GDPR related activities, ensure the Data architecture is aligned with GDPR
requirements (General Data Protection Regulation)
 Plays role of a BI / Big Data solution design authority – i.e. monitors and approves all
project definitions/design documents
ï‚· Technical lead on major IT projects for Data Domain
ï‚· Technology contact for ePragati-Group architecture team

Big Database Administrator:

ï‚· Responsible for implementation and support of the proposed Enterprise Bigdata
environment. Involves designing, capacity arrangement, cluster set up, performance
fine-tuning, monitoring, structure planning, scaling and administration
ï‚· The administrator consultant will work closely with infrastructure, network, database,
business intelligence and application teams to ensure business applications are
highly available and performing within agreed on service levels.
ï‚· Need to implement concepts of all the concepts of proposed Enterprise Bigdata
environment. In charge of installing, administering, and supporting Windows and
Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment
ï‚· Accountable for storage, performance tuning and volume management of Bigdata
clusters and MapReduce routines.
ï‚· In command of setup, configuration and security for proposed Enterprise Bigdata
clusters using Kerberos.
ï‚· Monitor proposed Enterprise Bigdata cluster connectivity and performance.
ï‚· Manage and analyse proposed Enterprise Bigdata environment log files, File system
management and monitoring.
ï‚· Develop and document best practices
ï‚· Proposed Enterprise Bigdata File System support and maintenance
ï‚· Setting up new users in Proposed Enterprise Bigdata environment.
