5. Job Description: the selected candidate will use various means such as database calling, emailing and referencing to generate leads of potential customers for WealthApp. They will need to pitch the services of WealthApp and meet prospective customers on the field to convince them to have a discussion with the investment advisor for lead closure.


6. Work experience: 0 to 3 years [any prior experience in the financial services industry will be an advantage, though it’s not mandatory]


7. Salary range: 3 to 5 lacs p.a. [depending upon qualification/experience/skill set] + an attractive variable component aligned with targets


8. Other benefits: Company will sponsor various training programs and regulatory certifications to enable development of the individual as a competent professional, thereby enabling a rewarding career growth


9. Selection procedure: screening by way of written test (quantitative ability / logical reasoning) followed by telephonic interview. Shortlisted candidates invited for face to face interviews
