We provide cutting edge data and information solutions for Intellectual Property Management. We provide means to analyze IP trends, providing concrete insight into technology and scientific trajectories.

PatNMarks has offices in Austin, Bangalore, and Chennai and is the first Indian company to provide comprehensive Patent Information.

Our services begin with IP evaluation and identification also encompassing due-diligence services and patent drafting. We are associated with a vintage Law Firm based in Bangalore, India, and work in close association with them for our prosecution and litigation requirements. Further, PatNMarks has its branded search services for searching through Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Design grants within India.

We have recently moved into the areas of IP-Training for small and medium sized research centers. These training services begin with basic workshops to introduce the concepts of IPR and move onto innovation incubation sessions that delve into idea-building sessions to identify tangible IP in a project.

Job description

PatNMarks is a small but focused company working with a number of Indian innovators, helping them with building their long-term IP strategy. Being bootstrapped from a small fund, we have grown to have a powerful clientele of leading technology and manufacturing firms on our roster. We are looking for a mid-senior level manager with a passion for writing, building teams and overseeing people working on detail-oriented projects. We are over a decade old but operate with the mentality of a successful startup and we value common-sense and a great work ethic over the right qualifications.
