We rely on outstanding team members who are passionate about what they do – we are a multicultural team with 140 team members from 17 nationalities working from our offices in Germany, India, Argentina, Kenya, and the US. We are currently recruiting a Reservations Executive in Bangalore.

What’s the position?

We are currently recruiting a Reservations Executive in Bangalore. The role entails the following key responsibilities:

• Perform reservation and operational tasks to execute guest trips.
• Coordinate with team / other teams to create exceptional trips.
• Validating cost sheets and making changes as per requirements
• Formatting guest documents to be sent to guests
• Manage the overall quality of the trips

What do we expect from you?

• You are a Graduate with a min. 2 Years of experience in back end operations (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality industry preferred)
• You have a fluent command of English language in both verbal and written communication
• You are good with numbers & Math fundamentals
• Eye for detail
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Coordination skills with different stakeholders
• You should be able to validate cost sheets and make changes as per requirements and also format documents to be sent to guests.
