Account Mining and Research Analyst

Every Jiffler lives by the COMMIT code which is described in more detail below. But let’s talk about the open position first.
In this role you will:
• Collect data on Jifflenow customers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Understand business objectives and research to discover prospective Account Penetration
• Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods and bring insights to sales and marketing
• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis for existing Accounts/Customers.
• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
• Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
• Work on Social Media outreach
• Closely Work with AE’s , SDR’s and Head of Marketing.
• Work very closely with Sales team to ensure.
• Maintain sales activity data on the CRM
• Manage and analyse the sales database on regular basis.
• Responsible for overall Sales analysis and reporting.
• Define and execute strategic database management initiatives
• Work with Jifflenow US based Sales team to understand the progress in Sales Closures and help them in any kind of research for the same.
In terms of skills and requirements, you will need to:
• 0-2 Years Experience
• Go-getter, Energetic and transform ideas to working models
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
• Quick Learner
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Strong presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Search engines, web analytics acumen
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
