Position- Learning Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with customer success managers in-order to initiate and manage training sessions, configure and manage online courses on KNOLSKAPE’s in-house Learning Management Platform as required.
• Work with our facilitator network to provide logistics support for the classroom sessions as part of the learning program.
• Generate reports (g. Roster management, assessment, session completion reports) to provide information for the L&D metrics
• Work with external vendors to ensure the assignments and case studies are graded for the learners.
• Maintain session-wise feedback for the courses and learning programs and generate analytics based on the report

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
• Organized: Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations
• Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communications skills
• Autonomous: Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
• Agile & Detail-Oriented: Exhibit agility in responding to tasks and pay attention to detail;
• Go-Getter: Take complete ownership and be a go getter

Professional Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in tech operations in a SaaS company
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
