We are looking for someone to help me with the current business, which is recruitment for tech and business leadership roles for online startups.


The expectation will be to be hands-on with execution which means sourcing and coordinating with candidates and clients, and close positions as many positions as fast as possible.


Our aim is to close a position in a week with a shortlist of 10 profiles max. We are close to it right now. We only want to get better!


We will be trying new psychometric assessments, you will be involved directly or indirectly in this too. Very soon, we will have to grow the team to maybe 7-10 by end of the year.


The working hours may be crazy due to work. Learning and career growth will obviously be high!
