Functions / Responsibilities

Role: Online Sales Asst. Mgr


Office location: Kormangala, 4th Block
Timings: 9am-6:30pm; Monday-Friday , may be required to do basic coordination on Sat 
Scope of Work:


1) Account Management& Relationship Building: Ensure maximum online visibility , keep a track of sales from each partner, accounting, improve sales MoM
2) Order Fulfilment: Ensure SOPs and processes for each partner are followed
3) Online Promotion: Keep track of online spends, ROI
4) Analytics & Reporting: To maintain trackers for each channel and analyse trends, gaps etc
Qualities:

  • Good communicator 
  • Hustler with a focus on execution 
  • Analytical
  • Team-player

Compensation: 

  • CTC of Rs. 3lakhs-5 lakhs/annum
  • As we are a startup, the individual's both role and compensation is expected to grow with the organisation
