Role - Manager , Partner Tools
CTC : 4LPA - 5 LPA
Location : Bangalore

Milaap is looking for a young, enthusiastic and responsible person with 1-2 years of work experience to manage our Partner Tools team. The team comprises of Milaap’s network of Volunteers, Fellows stationed with our Field Partners, and the team sitting out of the Bangalore office. The Manager will mainly be responsible for ensuring that the team functions efficiently and that Milaap’s Field Partners are thorough with Milaap’s processes. We are looking for someone ready to take on the role of a manager, along with a strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of Fellows on the ground –  Coordinate between the team of Fellows and Field Partner staff as required
  Assign loans to Fellows , review written borrower stories, and provide feedback on writing and performance
  Recruit and train new Fellows
  Take charge of e-mails/written communication going out to Milaap’s lenders
  Ensure there is a steady stream of loan profiles in the pipeline and publish loans on the website as per demand
  Coordinate with the Marketing team to set up projects and schemes for campaigns
  Work closely with the team to keep track of loan documents from Partners
  Discuss with Salesforce Developer and set up systems to streamline processes
  Train new partners on Salesforce and Milaap’s processes
  Coordinate with Tech team to discuss process enhancements

Required Skills:

• BA or equivalent degree, preferably in Commerce or Economics, People management skills,  Ability to multi-task,  Attention to Detail, Ability to work smart and quick, Excellent writing skills, Strong work ethic, Highly motivated
