Job Responsibilities:
• Planning and preparing sales presentations with established guidelines. Handing over task to the team like cold calls, Identifying new leads, performing follow up duties.
• Acquiring clients in Manufacturing , Engineering , FMCG , Logistics ,Power , Consumer durables, Automobile , Real Estate and Telecom sector.
• Developing New Business opportunities for the organization. Fresh Client acquisition for recruitment Tie-Ups.
• Retention of existing Clients by doing Client Servicing. Maintain a healthy relationship with the client. Understanding the Recruitment Needs of the Client
• Responsible for the Client Acquisition for professional services group, it includes activities like interacting with the prospect and matching our service offerings with their requirements.
• Must be a team player and collaborate efforts in winning new clients through knowledge sharing and unique strategies / business models
• Must have aggressive approach towards generating new leads and is expected to play a stand alone role in generating new business
• Effectively run the various tactical measures launched either locally or nationally.
• Lead presentations at industry events to promote business strength and capabilities.
• Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations and excels.
