Job Overview

Instructional designers create learning environments and experiences to create online programs, on a variety of
technical topics for corporates, to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective
and appealing manner.

Job Description

Job position: eLearning Instructional Designer
Job Location: Bangalore
Industry: eLearning
Department: Instructional Design
Shift: Day (Monday to Friday, 9AM -6PM)
Employment type: Full-time
Rounds of Interview:
• Face- face interview / Telephonic interview
• HR round
Job Role:
1. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
2. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify target audience’s training needs.
3. State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
4. Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
5. Write Voice over scripts and on-screen texts.
6. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) with the help of Multimedia team.
7. Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment.

Qualification required: Any graduation.
Experience: 0-3 years
Required skills:
1. Superlative English, with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills in English language.
2. Excellent writing skills.
Preferred skills:
1. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
2. Knowledge of course development software.
3. Lesson and curriculum planning skills with a good eye for detail.
4. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts (English).
