Manager Sales Operations

The candidate would be the primary point of contact for the Sales and Sales Development and Inside Sales teams .You would be responsible for sales ops leadership, lead genera>on, sales forecas>ng, produc>vity, CRM maintenance and improvement, and other sales opera>ons func>ons.

Responsibili-es:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of core products and services, and u>lise this knowledge to successfully lead sales opera>ons.
- Be the key - Go-to person- for Sales, Sales Development and Inside Sales Compensa>on & Repor>ng.
- Effec>vely manage CRM maintenance and improvement
- Effec>vely manages sales-development calling and other sales opera>ons func>ons, such as sales forecas>ng, sales ac>vity reports and produc>vity.
- Create and maintain a world-class sales opera>ons organisa>on and sales culture; focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales and sales development staff.
- Iden>fy opportuni>es and weaknesses within territories, and make proposals to create value and increase opera>onal efficiency.
- Create and manage effec>ve processes around sales opera>ons
- Work effec>vely with internal support departments (Marke>ng, Finance, Product Development) to develop effec>ve sales strategies that promote sales to new and exis>ng customers.
