Functions / Responsibilities

Role of a Business Communication Coach:

1) Assess the emails of learners and provide objective feedback for improvement
2) Assess verbal communication skills of clients wherever required.
3) Coordinate with the external pool of language assessors
4) Proofread documents
5) Build English language assessment models
6) Develop Content

Basic Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have:
1) A bachelor or master’s degree in English/Communication (or demonstrable proficiency in the English language)
2) Comprehensive knowledge of the rules of English grammar
3) Ability to identify language gaps in both spoken and written English

Expected Behaviors:
1) Acute ability to draw insights from experience to build content
2) Ability to work under stringent deadlines and work independently
3) Develop strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
4) Use technology effectively

Stakeholders Liaising:
1) SME (GreenBooks or External)
2) Trainers (GreenBooks or External)
3) Clients
4) LMS specialist (GreenBooks)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Salary Package: INR 300,000 – 350,000 per year
