Role 3 – Faculty (Verbal and Quantitative Aptitude)

Minimum Eligibility – A PG degree is preferred. However, students with a knack of teaching can be selected provided they clear the recruitment test. All the candidates post being shortlisted in the face-to-face interview will have to come in to one of the IMS centers for the faculty recruitment test. The duration of the test is one hour and it is an online test.

Profile – As a faculty the candidate will be required to teach students for the various entrance exam preparation courses that IMS provides like CAT, GMAT, GRE, and Banking etc.

Desirable Traits – The candidate should be keen on teaching. Candidates who themselves have appeared for such exams or intend to take such exams will be having an advantage. Very good communication skills and a sound understanding of the fundamentals of the subject area will be important.

No. of positions – 3

CTC – 2.8 to 3.5 lakhs per annum

Job Location – The faculty will travel across the 4 centers of IMS in Bangalore as per the schedule. They will be reimbursed the cost of travelling across the centers in a working day for official work.

NOTE - For all the above-mentioned positions, IMS will be providing extensive training so that the candidates are able to handle their profiles successfully.
