Mobility India is an NGO working with persons with disabilities  is on the look-out for suitable candidate for the below post:

Position                                : Receptionist & Data Entry Operator

Vacancies                            : 1 position

Qualification                        : Diploma/BA/B.Com with IT skills

Job description:

 ·  Responsible for Manage the Reception/ lobby area and attends to visitors and deals with inquiries

·  Responsible for maintenance telephone, fax etc.

· Maintenance of files of Service Users

· Should have good typing skills and able to enter data of service users using computer software & should have the knowledge of internet.

·  Should be able to maintain the database of service users using MS Excel/ MS Word

·   Connecting various offices/partners and transfer the telephone calls through as per the need.

·  Assisting for dispatch and receiving couriers/posts/parcels  

·   Assisting for day to day activities of admin and other related departments

·  Courtesy, Politeness to the service users

·  Clear Communication & information to concern department

· Quick & Promptness (Disposal) service users requirements

·  Handles incoming calls and transfers accordingly
