About Tracxn:
We are revolutionizing the startup ecosystem and aim to become the one stop solution for Global VC's, PE's and Corporates for anything to do with Startups. Our clients include Sequoia Capital, NVP, Andreessen Horowitz, VMWare among 200 others. We are a passionate and ambitious bunch of people who build up competency across different sectors. We study a market comprehensively to understand its evolution and predict future trends. Our analyst teams track hot sectors like Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Conversational Commerce to identify investable startups and white spaces to create new companies.
We dedicate a significant part of our day to discussing and debating the next big thing, pondering over start-ups ideas that can disrupt the way business is done. We are highly driven by meritocracy and do not let silly things like bureaucracy get in the way of work. Dedication and a stress on quality are paramount for us.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0-3 Years
Responsibilities (not limited to mentioned below):
Client Support (85%):
Master the Tracxn platform and provide value addition to both analyst team and clients
Be the first point of contact for all client queries
Do Regular Analysis of Queries/Quality errors to identify trends and bridge gaps
Conduct calls/chat with the client to understand expectations, provide feedback and reports and resolve queries
Work closely with Customer success and open request team for client awareness and engagement strategies
Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with clients where required
Asset Building (10%):
Develops training materials customized to local office needs
Participates in asset building projects including contributions to the Implementation desk, wikis and other projects as assigned
Participates in building industry specific knowledge by participating in internal Practice Area meetings
Administrative (5%):
Tracks requests from clients and maintain a record of all the requests assigned
May lead initiatives as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
0-2 years of experience with any KPO firm
Graduation degree in B.Com, BA, BBA , and B.Tech
An MBA degree would be an added advantage
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Word
Attention to detail, very organized, and able to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Keen Interest in reading/ surfing and Researching
Ability to understand and interpret key data
Superior customer service attitude and ability to contribute on a team
