About the role: 

This role will include:

• Owning and driving the ideation, implementation and operation of customer service and engagement
• 360 degree customer service: responding to customer service queries in defined SLAs through telephone, email and social media channels
• Creating customer service templates, evaluating customer service tools and channels
• Driving customer conversions
• Measuring channel based SLAs
• Conducting and moderating training sessions
• Creating FAQs and team learnings based on service issues

About you:

Should have -

• Strong communication and people skills
• High levels of ownersip and very quick response times
• Want to learn and grow with the company and deliver strong value to the company as well

May have -

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
