Job Title:         Operations Associate

Location:         CMH Road, Indranagar, Bangalore

Summary:       Start up, online Jewelry sales company is seeking customer service representatives to receive, investigate and respond to consumer and vendor inquiries regarding products and services. Additionally, will liaison with logistics and delivery vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Answer incoming customer calls and determine their requirements

·      Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up in system

·      Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information necessary to process orders

·      Work with Managers, Technical Support, Vendor and Sales to ensure customer’s questions are resolved

·      Handle customers in a professional manner

·      Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience with the Online Store websites

·      Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners

·      Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

·      Excellent attention to details is a must

·      Works well in a team environment

·      Ability to work with a diverse group of people

·      Ability to correctly calculate figures and amounts

·      Excellent telephone skills

·      Excellent grammar, verbal, and written skills

·       Excellent analytical skills, resourceful and well organized

·      Ability to work independently and make on the spot decisions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·       Must have a High School Diploma or GED

·       Experience with MS Office products

·       Experience or understanding of a CRM system preferred
