OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (BENGALURU)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Managing and streamlining end-to-end operations for ongoing and upcoming projects
● Bringing in effective techniques for conducting fieldwork & implementing on-ground projects
● Managing relationships and effective communication with relevant stakeholders
● Supporting the team on business development and corporate partnerships
● Creating collaterals, impact reports, and tools to execute and support engagement and
outreach across all workstreams
QUALIFICATION: Graduate (in any stream) with 0-2 years of work experience. Those with prior
leadership positions/role in various clubs/societies in college/university shall have an extra edge.
DESIRED SKILLS:
● An inclination to work for finding and implementing solutions for disadvantaged communities
● Strong ethics, integrity, drive, and clarity of thoughts and communication (verbal and written)
● Strong project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
● Strong analytical mind and ability to quickly implement and optimize based on analysis
● Strong oral and written English skills (business writing preferred)
● Possess an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Proactiveness and a knack for fieldwork.
● Growth-oriented mindset and a drive to develop self as well as to challenge
● Working knowledge of Kannada, prior experience in social impact space, and exposure to
business development, marketing and operations strategy would be plus
REMUNERATION: At par with sector standards
