Functions / Responsibilities

Position Title: Manager Solutions 

Department : Creative Solutions & Services

Reports to : Regional Head - Solutions

Responsibilities:
ï‚· Providing revenue driven creative solutions & services to assigned brands.
ï‚· Making pro active pitches with the sales team for special days, QOPs.
ï‚· Proposing sustainable annual properties and post conversion monitoring the execution.
ï‚· Monitoring competition for things they doing for assigned brands and creating better proposals.
ï‚· Monthly review of pitches for the quality, conversion and feedback from the client with Regional Head.

Job Requirements
ï‚· Possess excellent design flair, creative, positive attitude with a good eye for details.
ï‚· MBA with 8 - 12 yrs of post qualification work experience in media.
ï‚· Work with speed and meet deadlines.
ï‚· Perform well in a fast paced environment.
ï‚· Good interpersonal skills, target oriented, enthusiastic, confident and good team-player, potential to grow to team lead role.
