 Job Description:

ü  Experience level Fresher’s or Min 1 Y-4Years

ü  Experience in Application Support.

ü  Demonstrated background in any of the Domains mentioned in the poster below.

ü  Good knowledge on recent activities of Social Media ( Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

ü  Working knowledge on any ticketing tools JIRA, and handled L1/L2/L3

ü  Should be excellent in interpersonal skills, both Verbally and Orally.

ü  Should be flexible enough to work in rotational shift 24/5.
