Job Description
Mediacle is seeking a highly experienced WordPress developer to take charge of development and technical management of all our websites. You will work with our business and IT teams, and work with and manage external developers and agencies to ensure that we have a strong, scalable web presence. Your role includes: Must have: Excellent knowledge in wordpress cms. WordPress development including theme and individual template development, plugin tweaks, new feature development Extending, managing, improvements to and debugging of some legacy code Setup of WordPress options, plugin installation and configuration PHP and HTML development outside of WordPress for landing pages, microsites, etc. Basic database admin (MySQL) via PHPMyAdmin. You should possess a good working knowledge of common SQL commands and their correct use. Development within a multiple server configuration including development, staging and production servers Incorporating all necessary HTML and CSS into Wordpress themes, templates and additional PHP and HTML pages project management Documentation of your work for end users and commenting and proper organization of code so other team members can work with your code Desired Skill Sets Expert knowledge of WordPress (Plugin / theme development / API) Strong PHP development skills HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS skills Good working experience in MySQL including the use of efficient SQL commands Strong experience building HTML/CSS across the major browsers Experience with XML useful Experience with modern source control (Git, Beanstalk) Strong written and verbal communication in English

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UG - BCA AND, MCA
(Note: Must have all of the experience listed below): 1+ years experience working in web development and interface design Strong knowledge of WordPress Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL) Familiarity with web standards and usability Active user of social media Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Attention to detail Other skills a plus: Familiarity with video for web a plus Familiarity with ASP .net, Javascript/VBScript, web server configurations (Windows and Linux) a plus Experience with dynamic, geo-related, data-driven and/or e-commerce sites a plus Motion graphics and/or 3D skills a big plus Please submit, along with your resume, URLs of projects youve worked on with descriptions of your specific contributions to the project
