Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for our Business Development Team. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate his/her ability to work in a fast paced, sales-driven environment, as a cohesive and flexible team player Business Development for Peepal’s Recruitment Services

Marketing and Brand building
Representing Peepal to various HR forums

DESIRED qualities
Result Orientation; Go –getter attitude; Self Motivated;Strong Ethics; Entrepreneurial Mindset.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets through effective selling techniques; negotiation and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and pursue leads with tact and perseverance.
Exposure to Recruitment Services Sales is a strong plus.

Identifying major prospects and implementing strategies in an assigned territory to develop these accounts Increasing sales volume to meet individual and corporate goals and objectives through consistent in-person contact with targeted prospects and key clients Involvement in key industry functions to enhance company name awareness.
