JD for the Role	As the operations executive  you will be driving registration /participation at the respective corporate locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating revenue by identifying leads, connecting them to right resource and closing on-spot sales. OUR BACKGROUND HealthifyMe is a hyper fast growing well-funded startup and a preferred partner for Multinational corporations for delivering best - in - class corporate wellness programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Driving registration/participation at corporate location ● Identifying prospects visiting the corporate kiosk ● Onboard new participants onto the app ● Conducting Body Composition Analysis tests at the corporate locations ● Procuring /organizing marketing materials, collateral, etc. ● Monitoring user engagement on the app ● Calling users on a consistent basis to collect feedback WHO WE WANT ● Passion to work in a highly dynamic environment under pressure ● Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ● Top of the line communication skills and high level patience. ● Ability to grasp the company’s offerings, product & services quickly ● Ability to think on the feet and come up with solutions ● Comfortable with traveling on a regular basis ● PU qualified / Graduations is a bonus but not a must have WHAT WE OFFER ● Tremendous growth and exposure ● An opportunity to bring leading digital innovation to market ● Flexible working hours and supportive team ● Incentives and bonuses with CTC
