Functions / Responsibilities
About Us -
Our aim is to give the best meal experience possible to corporates. We do this through an aggregator of food providers, restaurants and caterers. We are currently operational in 35 corporates clients doing an average of 3000 meals a day.
Role -
1. Ensuring daily update of the Sales / Purchase books
2. Ensuring on time processing of Invoice ( Input and Output)
3. Ensuring on time and accurate processing of Vendor invoice
4. Month end reporting and book closure
5. Following up with Clients on receivables
6. Carrying out 3-way checks on all pre approval of transactions
7. Maintaining the inventory files up to date
Qualification: Preferably B.Com/ MBA grad with min 0 to 1 yrs experience in accounting
Skills -
1. Good at Excel and its formulas
2. Good at Maths
3. Good at implementing new processes
