Job Summary/Basic Function:

• The resource will work out of our Executive Education centre in Bengaluru, India 
• Some duties require time spent enrolling prospective students via web meeting or in person.
• Tele-counselling and managing the enrolment life cycle of prospects exploring our EMBA, PGDM, PGPX and Global MBA is the crux of this role.
• Other time may be spent generating personally developed inquiries from multiple online platforms.

Essential Duties

• AA will be trained to possess a mastery of MYRA and its history, features, benefits, and program information as an effective Program Consultant.
• Ensure accurate completion and prompt submission of all enrolment documents in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide thorough and meaningful follow up with prospective students
• Be a relentless advocate for your prospective students through the enrolment process
• Thoroughly document notes and activity in MYRA databases according to guidelines
• Develop prospective student inquiries

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with all.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to follow through with assignments
• Must have effective communication skills (writing & speaking)
• Self-starter mind-set with an ability to work in teams
